Membership Termination of Any Member of Board of Trustees or Board of Directors
In case of membership termination of the Board of Trustees Chairman, or any member of the Board of Directors for any reason, the member who has collected the second-most number of votes during the election for the Chairman position will replace him. If the Chairman of the Board of Trustees was elected by recommendation, the Board of Trustees will decide on the election of his successor. If the membership termination involved a member in the Board of Directors who was elected by recommendation, the council may carry on with its duties till the end of its term. There is no need to elect successors as long as the membership termination doesn’t exceed one third of the Board members. If one third of the Board membership is terminated, the Board of Trustees may call for reelection of new members to fill in the vacated seats.
